Care Network Link

About Us

As a non-profit entity, the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut has been assisting the most vulnerable seniors and people with disabilities for over 40 years. During this time, we have had to deal with some of the most heart-wrenching stories of people needing care; the anxiety of caregivers finding the right care for their loved ones; splintering of loving families over the “right way” to care for their parents and many more.  Using government funded programs, we have helped many of those families, but the Agency’s capacity was limited and we could not help all those in need who reached out to us.

Born out of this frustration of seeing so many unmet caregiving needs, Care Network Link was created to be a reliable resource in Connecticut for members to find services for your loved ones to stay at home as long as possible. Our mission is to guide our members through the myriad of available options so that they can make informed decisions that will allow them to maximize their independence and minimize their reliance on institutionalized care.

Woman with CaneCare Network Link LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut.  We are a part of this non-profit organization whose mission is to empower adults to remain as independent and engaged as possible within their communities through advocacy, information and services.

While the Agency on Aging has a wide array of programs to assist older adults, many of those programs have eligibility parameters based on income.  Many older adults may not be able to qualify for those programs, yet still have needs.  Care Network Link fills the gap by providing access to service providers who have met our strict quality guidelines.
